Access Academy’s Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program helps students with disabilities prepare for the workplace. This curriculum was designed to address the need of transition from state provided resources to independent living opportunities. This program identifies and leverages a student’s individual strengths, skills, resources, and experiences to find meaningful employment.
